Delivery Schedule: All orders for stock items received Monday - Friday, processed before 2pm, are guaranteed to be dispatched THE SAME WORKING DAY. Mainland UK orders are sent via leading parcel delivery companies and normally arrive the next working day! (We will always confirm the expected delivery date via e-mail if you're ordering on-line)

  Delivery Charges: Unless Free Delivery is specified, we add a single one-off Mainland UK delivery charge of *£7.50+vat to all orders. Please note that this charge is NOT applied each time you add additional products to your shopping cart Our shopping cart system will only add a one-off single carriage charge when calculating the final amount due.

  VAT Invoices: You will be able to print a copy of your Order/VAT Invoice as soon as your order has been placed on-line... so there's never a chance of it getting lost in the post!
