  Delivery Schedule: All orders for stock items received Monday - Friday, processed before 2pm, are guaranteed to be dispatched THE SAME WORKING DAY and 99% of our deliveries arrive the VERY NEXT WORKING DAY!!!

  Delivery Confirmation Date: Mainland UK orders are sent via leading parcel delivery companies (usually DHL or UPS) and we will always confirm the expected delivery date via e-mail if you're ordering on-line.

  Delivery Charges: Unless Free Delivery is specified for a product during checkout, we add a nominal one-off Mainland UK delivery charge of *£7.50+vat to all orders.

  UK & Off-Shore Delivery Charges: Channel Islands, Scottish Islands, Northern and Southern Ireland, Please use our on-line Checkout-System for a free no-obligation automatic Delivery Quotation.

  VAT Invoices: You will be able to print a copy of your Order/VAT Invoice as soon as your order has been placed on-line... so there's never a chance of it getting lost in the post!

  Channel Islands Customers (VAT Exempt): We are aware that customers based in Jersey, Guernsey, Alderney and Sark are exempt from paying VAT so this will not be charged to your order. All on-line payments are processed manually so VAT will be removed from all Channel Islands customers orders that are placed via our website.
