Unlike some affiliate programmes, WE DO NOT ask you for a single
penny to join, there are no ongoing fees to pay and no membership/joining
fees to pay!
VanGadgets enjoys working with all sites ranging from individual pages to large
commercial sites. Anyone may submit an application, as long as they are over 18
and based in the UK. We will of course review your application before accepting it
into our affiliate network. VanGadgets reserves the right to refuse a site if it contains
objectionable material, including pornography, explicit language or content, or
support for violent groups, or if this type of content is added at any time.

Once you've joined our
affiliate network, you'll be given a unique username and password.
Using these you'll be able to enter our on-line members area.
Inside, you'll be presented with a 'unique' affiliate code and a
selection of banners. All the HTML code for the banners has been
dynamically created with your personalised coding fully
incorporated... it couldn't be easier! Just place one or more of our
banners on your website pages and as soon as visitors to your
website click one of the banners (or personalised text links you've
created), they'll be directed to an 'Affiliate Landing Page' and all sales will be
monitored straight away! You can log-in to the members area at any
time and check the click-throughs your site has generated and of
course the sales you've made! Please note: We will automatically
send you an email every time you've made a sale too!
All links from your site to
VanGadgets contain your unique affiliate code
so that every time a user visits our website via your site, VanGadgets knows to
automatically credit your account! If a customer doesn't make a
purchase using our shopping cart straight away and comes back later,
our system will still track (using what are called 'cookies'), that
the initial referral came from your website! A customer could come
back and make a purchase the next day, or even 90 days later, you'll still receive the commission your entitled to.
The only way that the 'cookie' could be deleted is if the visitor
deletes their cookies manually, reformats their hard drive, buys a
new computer, etc... but for the average web surfer a cookie remains
in their browser for a long time!
Don't worry, we take
care of everything! There's no need for you to have credit card
processing facilities as this is handled automatically at our end. All
your basically doing is referring us customers for which we'll credit your
account with an affiliate referral commission.

As soon as you've referred a customer to our website
that makes a purchase using our on-line shopping cart system, we'll
instantly send you an email to confirm this. You can of course log-in to
the members area at any time to check the click-throughs from your site
and the total number of sales you've made. You'll also see a complete
balance of all the commission your due which will be paid out on the 16th day of the following month (after the commissions were earned), as long as your balance exceeds £50.
Sorry, the VanGadgets affiliate programme can only monitor one website at
a time. If you'd like to place our banners and links on more than one
website, please submit a new 'joining' application for each website you'd
like to use our affiliate programme with.
