The Armaplate Van Lock Cover Protection System is made up primarily of two steel-plates. On the Outside of the van is an attractive and extremely tough stainless steel plate which protects the lock area. On the inside of the door panel is another (larger) steel plate which adds further protection. With the door-skin itself, there is effectively a triple barrier of steel between the would-be thief and the lock mechanism. |

Are They Easy To fit??? |

All Armaplate Lock Covers are easy to fit (WITH NO ADDITIONAL KEYS REQUIRED!) Due to variations in trim-removal from manufacturer to manufacturer, fitting times vary. For example, it takes us just a few minutes to install on a Mercedes Sprinter van door, but twenty minutes to install on a Ford Transit Connect door. |

How Secure Is The Vehicle Security Lock Cover Protection System??? |

It is a fact that most break-ins involve the use of a small screwdriver to puncture the door-skin and activate the lock mechanism. The Lock Covers make that virtually impossible to do. Not only is the lock mechanism protected on the outside by a stainless-steel plate, but secondary protection is provided on the inside of the door-skin by an even larger steel plate. |
